At the heart of the resort lies ADLER AQUAE, a thermal wellness world fed by the natural thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni. The wellness area features indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a sports pool, relaxation areas and an extensive sauna landscape, including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, herbal caldarium, salt steam sauna and ice fountain. A wide range of spa treatments, massages, beauty rituals and wellness programmes is available. ADLER Spa Active Cosmetics products are used for all treatments.
THERMAL POOLS: The thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni emerge naturally at approximately 50°C and are cooled to 36–37°C before flowing into the resort’s pools. More than 1,000 sqm of indoor and outdoor water areas include thermal pools with hydromassage facilities, a sports pool and dedicated wellness pools open throughout the year.
FITNESS AREA: Guests have access to a modern fitness centre, daily yoga classes and a wide range of fitness and wellness activities. Private coaching sessions and Pilates programmes.
MEDICAL PROGRAMS
The resort features an integrated medical center with a team of specialised doctors and therapists. In addition to the thermal offering, a full range of medical services is available, allowing guests to undergo comprehensive health check-ups directly on site.
Individual consultations are offered, as well as targeted weekly programmes focusing on weight management and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and longevity, or stress management. Programmes also include diagnostic tests carried out in the ADLER in-house analysis laboratory, located within the hotel.

THE WINERY: The gastronomic experience is complemented by Tenuta Sanoner, the Sanoner family’s organic and biodynamic winery and olive estate. Located in the hills surrounding Bagno Vignoni, it produces a selection of wines and olive oils that reflect the resort’s deep connection to its territory.
