WELLNESS & SPA

The wellness experience at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE revolves around thermal water, drawn directly from the Bagno Vignoni spring, where it emerges at approximately 50 °C before being cooled to 36 °C as it flows into the resort’s pools.

Indoor and outdoor pools extending over 1,000 m² invite guests to relax, along with a complete thermal circuit including:

- 2 thermal pools

- A lap pool with a “Wild River” water stream

- A kids’ pool (36° C)

- Finnish sauna on the spa lake

- Steam rooms – one Etruscan, one in a travertine cave, one herbal

- Mystical underground Salt Grotto using Dead Sea salts

- Separate ladies’ sauna

- A bright fitness area, open to nature through large picture windows, is complemented by a yoga studio equipped with a Reformer machine. Yoga, Pilates and private coaching sessions can be arranged on request.

MEDICAL PROGRAMS

The resort features an integrated medical center with a team of specialised doctors and therapists. In addition to the thermal offering, a full range of medical services is available, allowing guests to undergo comprehensive health check-ups directly on site.

Individual consultations are offered, as well as targeted weekly programmes focusing on weight management and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and longevity, or stress management. Programmes also include diagnostic tests carried out in the ADLER in-house analysis laboratory, located within the hotel.

THE MAIN RESTAURANT

Half-board stay: breakfast, afternoon buffet, and dinner included. 

The stay is offered on a half-board basis, including breakfast and dinner, where starters and desserts are served as a buffet, while main courses are selected à la carte. Bathed in natural light, the main restaurant stands out for its opening roof and the majestic olive tree at its center, adding an elegant Mediterranean touch.

For lunch (at an additional charge), the Osteria offers à la carte dining in a bright setting, open to nature through large picture windows.

Finally, the Tenuta Sanoner, the family’s wine-growing and olive-oil estate, completes the gastronomic experience with organic and biodynamic wines and olive oils, reflecting the resort’s deep connection to its territory.
