On December 18th, the iconic Hôtel Saint Roch, a jewel of the Jardin Alpin in Courchevel 1850, opens a new chapter signed Maisons Pariente. Conceived by sisters Leslie Kouhana and Kimberley Cohen, co-founders and owners of the collection, this confidential sanctuary becomes the fifth address in their family portfolio.
Its story begins with childhood memories and family holidays, close to Yves Saint Laurent's famous dacha. From these winters, the sisters kept a singular feeling they now wish to share with their guests: that rare sense of wanting to be nowhere else in the world.

The Dacha Spirit: Where the Orient Meets the Peaks
Le Saint Roch cultivates an intimate kind of exclusivity. Designed by Studio Friedmann & Versace, the hotel imagined a romantic, deeply atmospheric home, where every room tells a story.
The interiors journey toward Slavic dachas and ancient Persia through an enveloping palette of tobacco brown, garnet red, moss green and midnight blue. Envisioned as a lived-in home, the hotel comes alive through tribal art pieces found at flea markets and a contemporary art collection curated with Amélie Maison d'Art, lending each space its own poetic resonance.

Intimacy at Altitude
The spirit of a private family home shapes all 37 rooms and suites. Dressed in aged wood, deep velvets and precious fabrics, each one offers the warm embrace of an alpine cocoon.
At the very top, the experience takes on a new dimension with the Penthouse Suite. Spanning 245 sq.m and welcoming up to 15 guests, it occupies the entire fifth floor. With balconies opening onto the valley and a dedicated butler service, it offers the rare privilege of a private chalet within the hotel, where the mountains are lived entirely at one's own pace.

The Alpine Art of Living
Designed to delight every generation, Saint Roch features a Kids Club, an on-site ski shop and a culinary experience created in partnership with Maison Prunier.
After a day on the slopes, guests descend to the spa, an aquatic palace inspired by Caucasian and Ottoman bathhouses. Around its monumental indoor pool, time slows into a gentle rhythm of warmth, stillness and bespoke botanical rituals by Tata Harper.
